I've been training with Eric for a few months now. I switched from a trainer at a big box gym, and the experience has been night and day. I have loved training with Eric at Strength Company. I have been rehabbing my left-side QL muscle for 5 years, but have made immense progress over the last 10 weeks with Eric, getting way stronger in my core and lower back. 10/10 would recommend.

Eric is a true professional. He makes a great combination of tough (eric you are killing me) and warm personality (sarah you are doing great). When I first started working out my balance and flexibility were terrible. Both areas have improved tremendously. Eric places high value on correct form with each new exercise routine. I have always been fearful of the gym, fear of the unknown. In a short time eric was able to help me gain the confidence I needed to feel comfortable in the gym. Eric is incredibly bright and is very knowledgeable about health and fitness. Each session that I had with him, after thanking god for living through it, I felt stronger.

My fitness journey with eric started a number of years ago. I would be in the gym and see him train his clients and I would see the progress they made, the fun they had, and honestly the proper technique and care he'd give each client. I'd chat him up and I could tell this was a guy who I could mesh with. I signed up with him and haven't looked back. A trainer cannot do the reps for you. A trainer cannot do the cardio for you. A trainer cannot eat your food for you. You have to put in the work. Eric has helped me with all of that, I've learned a lot from him over the years. He has helped me with form/technique and just a better understanding of what works for me. He has had me do some brutal cardio, and done it with me, and he happily has done so! Having him push me through a workout has helped so many times, when I might have stopped after that last bench press or that second mile. You want strength training, he can do that. Endurance training, he's got you covered. You need help dialing in your diet, he can help with that as well. He has done, and continues to do, all of that for me. Also I have to mention this as it's an incredible feat. I watched him prepare for an ironman competition not once...But twice! The mental and physical hurdles you have to overcome to prepare once, then the world goes into a lockdown, and then prepare all over again is truly amazing. Investing in yourself is a great investment you can do for you. Eric is the perfect guide for your journey.

I've always wanted to change my body image and with eric's help I was able to finally change that. I saw some challenges with my first workout, I didn't know what I had gotten myself into. With eric's help I discovered so many things and ways to get the most out of my workouts. I have strength, energy and my body is looking great. What I found in having eric as my personal trainer, is a person with a great personality who has become a great friend. I'll miss him after I move but I am taking the techniques and routines eric taught me.

I've been a client of eric's for about a year. We have worked together twice a week doing dynamic and circuit training.
