Meet Eric
Hi there! A little about me; As a trainer I’ve been working with clients of all types for well over a decade, 15 years now, in both fitness & nutrition.
I’ve helped clients who have no limitations and many more clients who have had specials cases such as; amputations, motor disabilities - like cerebral palsy-, spinal fusions, previous injuries, and more.
Notably I’ve;
Spent 5+ years as the official Personal Trainer for the Tulsa Ballet
Helped multiple clients each lose over 100 lbs
Led multiple teams to a win in weight loss challenges
Had many former clients continue to find success in keeping unwanted weight off and desired muscle mass on
Trained and coached figure competitors to high placings in regional level competitions
Worked with several State Champion High School Athletes to improve performance
Mentored and lead individual trainers and training teams to goal-exceeding levels of financial success
I meet clients at their starting point, everyone’s is different, and together we find success in their goals.
When I’m not training you’ll find me with my family, out on my bike, on a run, out for a swim, at the gym lifting, in my garage woodworking, or out in the woods; hiking, camping, & hunting. I, apparently, like to stay busy.
Your turn, I’d love to know about you and how I can help you. Let's partner together and find your success

Early in my career I focused mainly on helping clients with weight loss, my client with the highest weight loss was 187lbs!
I still help clients with weight loss but my focus is more on longevity, health, muscular strength & balance, function, and performance.
Most fitness goals fall under those 5 categories, think that sounds like you? Reach out and let's talk!

All new clients go through a movement screen & a consultation session that's applicable to their goals.
Gait analysis, food diary, bodyweight squats, push-ups, plank hold, lunges, bench press, health and fitness history, even a 3 day food log, among others are all things that can be included in the assessment.
Tracking a client's goals depends on the goals themselves; if we're focusing on weight loss, we'll use the scale and body fat tracking.
For a strength goal we'll do 1-rep testing.
For building muscle we'll take measurements, or your clothes will for us!
You get the idea, if you're training with me your program is tailored to you and your goals.
