Our most popular option. The overall program and individual workouts are designed specifically for you, your abilities, your enjoyment, and of course your goals.

Fitness can be better together! Sharing some gym time with another person or a group has been shown to improve accountability, focus, and enjoyment. Depending on your shared goals you may experience circuit training, strength training, functional training and more in these sessions! And if budget is a primary concern, partner & small group training is a great route to get both you and your S.O. or bestie(s) working together for the results you want.

Workouts delivered directly to your phone for you to complete on your own time, in your own gym. This is a great add-on to your in-person training or as a complete standalone if in-person isn’t your thing.

Nutrition is arguably the most important aspect of any fitness regimen, but it can also be the most confusing. I can help untangle all the conflicting information for you and provide recommendations on food choices, macros, food timing & combinations and healthy recipes!
